Those catacombs aren't new, there's a quest that you go there.

Bro, I'm pretty sure these pictures aren't even yours. First is that the catacombs are used in a quest for I believe the alliance (possibly Horde too), and also, why is your interface different in the pictures? I'm pretty sure people don't go from exploring with one character (1st picture), then another different one (2nd picture), and then gets a complete Interface (addon stuff) overhaul and go the same zone you were exploring with a completely different character.
