to me it looks like the bubble over Dalaran pre-WoTLK...or well two of them

Edit: when compared to this I'm almost positive that's what it is

This must be the texture of the model as it looks like the dalaran bubble, it must be the trees that used to be around it, printed on the bubble.

Aye, before Dalaran went ka'boom into Northrend as a mysterious flying city, it was contained within that bubble. The model doesn't reflect, it literally is a hand-textured reflection of what the outside world looked like. So when they experimented with Outlands ideas in this sector of the Deadmines the textures were still the same.

its the bubble over dalaran in classic & tbc - you cant see dalaran, you see the reflection of the trees, outside of the bubble.
You may clip our wings, but we will always remember what it was like to fly...

They only designed one bubble like that, that's the one in Hillsbrad, and stop using caps-lock and super-sized red fonts.

This is quite old. I saw this first time in some old vanilla exploration movies, and i've actually used this myself once in the Master of exploration challenge.
Check out all my cool exploration videos at my youtube channel =)

Looks like a giant purple butt made of bubbles.
What do I stand for? Well... If I sat all the time, my butt would hurt. P.s. I've had my avatar as Garaa in a panda suit since before MMOwned had a panda mascot! :jawdrop:

As said before, it's just a reused Dalaran Bubble from the times before it was moved to Northrend. It's textured like that.
