this grinder is near the meeting stone of the icc 5man dungeons, you can see it if you stand above it in that room (where the instance doors are).

What this man said. Not really a discovery imo, since its visible for everyone if you just look down in grid on the floor. The grid itself is visible above your character in the video.

Not many people use the dungeon portals since the Random Dungeon feature was implemented. Little things are easy to miss.
