No its not just blink through, even if you could that wouldnt be fun.
Just get under org, cast slow fall, mount up and jump over the big chasm in the ground and you should float down into RFC.
Nothing too big and amazing, but its the first exporation thing Ive found by myself.

Seen it posted within "Under Orgrimmar" threads aswell, but I can't be bothered to look through them due to all the database errors all the time.
