Here's how to get on top of one of the big totem poles that towers above Cairne Bloodhoof in TB. From the top of this totem pole you can also use rocket boots + slowfall to get right on top of Cairne's hut.

I've been holding onto this secret since [For The Horde] and [For The Alliance] had just come out. Guess I just wanted to be the first to show it on video. Well I can finally do that now. Enjoy, and pick up the exploring where I left off
