Noticed it today while showing someone how to get to Newman's Landing

Yea people like me (who are hated with Booty Bay), can kill him lol.

I noticed that and killed the booty bay watchers but it seems that it takes LONG before the vendor comes back so I thought that they removed him because the watchers respawned before he respawned and he must've been killed earlier

The reason why is because this is the only mob ingame that gives reputation through exalted. Someone on your server wants to hit the cap and is killing him for the rep.

yep, but you could swim from westfall/menethil, too. It's just WAY faster if you go under SW and run north

There's also a goblin mob in Badlands that give bloodsail rep to exalted if any would want to.

Shelly at Newman's Landing is the final mob to kill for Bloodsail exalted, because the guy in Badlands stops giving rep right before you hit exalted. Shelly's respawn timer is said to be at least 24 hours, but you only need to kill him one time once you reach the end of the grind.
