They don't, and only senior GMs do. The other one's usually just look up questions in a database of some sort.

If you want to see a GM make sure you have a looting bug of some sort, usually the GMs escalate your ticket to a senior GM. When he asks if there is anything else he cna help you with, just say you're lonely and need a hug. Works most of the time

lol, the screen shows that the GM is Tyrkrys and the chat log shows Terkrys. He must have taken that from a private server or w/e. Or he himself is a GM (which i'd doubt a lot...)

well im not trying to steal this but last christmas all noobs came. our normal servere became full XD, so blizzard made our server and about 4 other servers avaliable to switch to Ravencrest foir free. So when i got there i saw a <GM> with MC Gear. and i asked him if he wanted to join my MC group XD, of course he said no.

i just figured out why. you can get them on the who list but people only know there names by the chat log so they use different but similar names when they tslk cuz if you did /who on tyrkrys it would work and you would find some1 but the only reason they dont find them is because they use diff names when talking
