I've already mentioned before that the mobs inside aren't the old mobs from naxx40. I just thought that you could have 2 naxx-ID's with this tricks because it says "Welcome to Naxxramas (10 Player), remember reset blablabla.." when you enter this way and the cat respawns if you go out through the portal and right back in.
But I can't test it cause I can't motivate anyone to test it :s
