[Guide] Text Guide to get inside of ebon hold.

Ok here it is i was told text was good enuff for time being so here we go.


Requirements= A Warlock any type of slowfall that can be re used ie Levitate, Slow Fall,2 Cloaks with Flexweave underlay, and to set ur hearth in either Outland or Northrend and finaly a flying mount w/280% or some1 with 280% cuz time will be based off of this.

Step 1. Get under SW travel north till your in a Unknown Zone.( If looking at Full Eastern Kingdom map you will want to be in between the K and I on Kingdom)

Step 2.Have Lock Drop A Stone. Either hearth or have mage open portal to pref Shatt since u can mount instantly. Mount than accept the summon. ( Yay flying in azeroth )

Step 3.Here is the fun/boring part open up ur stopwatch in wow. get something to stick in ur keyboard to hold down your space bar because heres the fun part, you fly directly up for 10mins. *Note* 10mins seems a lil long so ive been meaning to try out either 8:30min or 9 flat. but try out 10 mins straight up your first time.

Step 4. Every1 That does not have a slow fall effect put auto follow on the person that can slow fall them,Now if your the 1 doing the slow fall or the engineer what u wanna do is wait for every1 to put you on auto follow, than simply move foward a bit, maybe twice to get every1 lined up on you using the auto follow.

Step 5. Once you get lined up with ebon hold and every1 is aligned with you, you wanna hit auto run than instantly apply slow fall to yourself (make sure you can dismount when u, use spells ) than IMMEDIATELY after you slow fall your self hit every1 else in party.

Step 5-B.Ok you may wanna do test runs but with out follow it has a tug and pull effect to get a good example of this thing of a person on a 40% movement speed mount and you on a 100% movement mount. As the 40% mount will continue to move but your 100% mount will Shoot up than stop and repeat this. well same thing goes for once the "slow faller " has dismounted in mid air. So the " Slow faller" Will apply it to himself than every1 else. if u get slow falled u will want to wait to dismount after u get the tug effect as i call it because if u dont dismount at right time u will simply fall down. *Note* 10min on 280% mount = 5min free fall at terminal velocity lol.

Step 6. Keep up slow fall or w/e ur using the entire time, take all potty breaks smoke breaks and what not before attempting any of this cuz the trip will take around 30mins . lol i had fun finding this out many attempts.'

Step 7. Once above ebon hold and de click slow fall, now here is the fun part there are many things in wow that any1 can use to slow fall like 1 trinket i know of with a 30 min cd, well u should get that cuz when u free fall " slow faller" might not be quick enuff to save ur life from splating on the ebon hold floor.

Side Notes. If ur a mage Blink can change your path in mid air. dont give up this took me MANY ! MANY ! attempts but being 1 of first not needing a dk or using otherworld made me very happy. Ill try to get a video of this process up soon since i may not have explained it well enuff for every1 but if this has helped you get into ebon hold im happy. And reply with some screen shots if u made it.

Also ive yet to find a unknown zone any closer that didn't end up hitting a fatigue zone, so if any1 finds another way of doing this please post. i know this takes some time but worth it also i suggest bring 1k gold so u can buy the dk flying mount no u can not use it, but its great to open trade with some1 and be like hey look what i got lol.

My friends and I did alot of glitching back a few months ago and we'd stumbled across a way to get into the unknown zone on the map between eversong woods and eastern pl. Here we were able to fly in the zone. I'll work on refindng it and giving directions tommorow.

i figure that it has to do with what way u go into the zone and not just a random spot on the map but im not sure.

Eielris, you wouldnt be talking about the one you get to by rocketbootjumping S-E over the mountains from Duskwither Spire in Eversong?

When you get there the horizon is always blood red, like in stratholme but darker, it is where quelthalas is supposed to be. I'm assuming that would be another way to get there though.
