Yea, after the lich king encounter in halls of reflection, wait till everyone else leaves, than take an sharp left heading north, than, climb up vertically the ledges till you get to this point on the minimap to make an jump:

Mount up, jump, than levitate, than Walaa! You should land near the end of the red line. Only thing that sucks is you have to follow the edges / mountainside, else you'll get instakilled, you can attempt once you see the camera unlink from your toon to go backwards, but you have to be really fast to not get yourself killed. If you follow the mountains than, follow the invisible continent boarder you go south to an mountain range, if you levitate vertically over the mountain ridge, you can explore an small section of dragonblight.
