I searched around for Wintergarde, everything related to Dragonblight or Hillsbrad and it seems noone else has found this O.o
While poking around exploring Old Hillsbrad Foothills, I found a simple spot to break out of the invisible wall. From there you can go to Hillsbrad Fields, Purgation Isle and what SHOULD be Azurelode Mine quite easily.
There exists a very intriguing glitch with the Azurelode Mine...:

(Sorry about the crazy border around the video. Premiere did some weird things when it encoded it. Didnt look like that in the preview render ^.^)
It seems that a lazy developer wanted to copy/paste it for use in Northrend's Dragonblight Wintergarde Keep area for Wintergarde Mine..but did his editing before making the copy/paste
While touching the surface area of "Wintergarde Mine" in OHB, you are put into General and Local Defense chat for Dragonblight and appear on the /who list. You can talk freely in the chat just like normal. You also appear on the map south of Lake Indule to people you group with (I tried intensely to locate myself dualboxing from another character, but of course being instanced you cannot be found). I assume the coordinates it's trying to display you at line up for Dragonblight & Old Hillsbrad Foothills maps.
This also would seem to confirm beyond doubt it is impossible to carry the Human Illusion buff outside of a zone with this name.
Some screenshots, just for laughs at how lazy Blizzard devs are. As much money as they get dumped into their pockets and we're still getting pre-bc mines to explore?! OUTRAGE!
The video I've included shows how easy it is to get there and test for yourself. The waterwalking I used is not needed at all. There's also quite a bit of exploration to be had here (though I'm pretty sure most of this place has been poked around before pre-bc). I was limited without rocketboots, but an engy looks to have a big advantage here.

And some comparison pictures, the instanced mine vs true Wintergarde Mine.
Also, is it just me..or...do ALL mines look exactly the same? IIRC the AV mines look like this as well and maybe the deathknight starting area quest one. Are they all the same model rip? lol. It's not just the facade outside, the entire inner path layout is the same.
