Avoid (IoC) No Man's Land debuff in certain areas

Tired of ending up like this:

    Well, here's what you do:
Around the Isle of conquest, there's small isles, like this one:

If you're pointing on this island, when you ride out, you won't get the debuff:

when you're at the island, you can fill your Fatigue bar up.
Noone can see you on the map:

And you have acess to the end of the island:

You can also just slow fall away from the boat and use Ice block or bubble or something to prevent the damage, it only strikes once.

Could you maybe ask for paladin to jump with you and then he casts divine innervation on you in air?

When I saw "No Man's Land Debuff" I thought it might be something to do with Hyjal exploration

Tried everything with the Hyjal debuff but it's 100% impossible to avoid with FarSight/Spectate mode(WI) or Eagle Eye.

Would it work if i blocked some of the damage? Like with the trinket from Arathi Basin?
