Checked around for other threads that shows this, but I couldnt find this way at all of doing this, most threads that I found needed alot of other things to do before you could enter.

I really think this could be a repost but as I didnt find, Il post it anyway.
So if this is a repost, please show me link, and I will delete it

And then just fly over there, and right down outside the area of the bank.
