Well, I done a little reasearch on this place, seems cool.
One thing that sticks out to me is how it has the "behind the instance" blockade, just voer the crypt, this is usually put in place for instances, usually ones that are almost finished, another thing I find interesting is the naming, architeture and the way it is made, it is way more creepy than all other blizzard areas. Wowwiki says that it is possible that it is the underside of karazhan, except they had to cancel it for the teen rating. becuase the place is quite greusome, also in the tome of soemthign area, turn your music setting down and ambience up, listen ahrd and you can hear a heartbeat XD.
