Ok While WG is going on you can have a preist use howl of terror where i am in the picture below.
And it will put you under the VOA room use a trinket breaking howl of terror to keep under (if you dont your end up above the room).

Once under there you have the privledge of using your flying mount (this could also be used as a quicker way to win VOA for your faction!!)

That place isn't a secret place. It's part of quests and cloth-making.

Actually that place is where you could make Ebonweave before 3.0.8., and it's also a place for a series of quests.

You got it half right, though. This chain reveals a LOT about the Lich King. I'm not revealing what though.

The chain starts with Exploiting an Opening - Quest - World of Warcraft (if you're Alliance) and Opportunity - Quest - World of Warcraft (if you're Horde), after you've unlocked the Shadow Vault.

Totally NOT hidden/anything special. This is a quest area if you ever actually paid attention and did the quests in icecrown you would know that. Also its a repost as others have stated.
