[Patch 3.1.2] New way above Gnomeregan and possibly more

Hope this is not a repost; last week me and a friend found a new way to the top of Gnomeregan. This may also lead to new ways of reaching and exploring the surrounding areas, not just Dun Morogh.

Tested and is fairly easy to do, suprised by how much space you got to explore both east and west going from this way.
