Hi people

As you (hopefully) know, you're now available to sign up for bg's through the honor tab (H).

This is also available during flight, and actually, if you sign up to a bg and enter it while on your flight, you fall off directly where you enter the bg.

This makes it easy to get to wierd places that you sometimes see when flying, so just /afk in the bg and you're out on your secret spot

I don't really get your point :S Weird places "inside" the BG like beyond the gates, on top of a roof etc? And with this glitch, what weird places are reachable in the air with a flying-mount that normally isn't accessible? O.o

You're not understanding him. He means that if you enter a BG while flying (using flight path) and you then /afk inside the BG, you will appear the same place as you entered the BG, but without the flight-path-mount, so therefore you'll fall directly down. This way you can get to various places.
Please note that I have not tested it.

I've tried this and it did not work, this was over a week ago. They probably fixed it when they added remote BG queues to prevent players from exploiting it. =(

Aw, okay. I forgot for a second that people still actually are using these ancient ways of transporting. Thanks, will try this out!

not working.

flew from stormwind to ironforge, did exactly as explained.

when you do that you see yourself falling form the flying mount, but after afk ing in the bg your sitting on the flying mount again.

Blizzard already mentioned on the 3.1 PTR that there were problems regarding joining BGs while flying,.. moving in general. So they probably fixed it already because they knew of it long enough.
