Temporary transform to male

1. be a female.....
2. use [Iron Boot Flask]
3. use Orb of Deception / Orb of the Sin'dorei
4. gz you are a male while the effect of the orb is active

I think that works for more transform items. Test it out. Maybe you can transform from male to female if you do step 2 with an item that always transform you to a female character, but i havent tested that.

this also work if you are in Caverns of Time, I'm female in-game, used Iron Boot Flask and deleted effect -> pop, Im human male yaay
