Yah I have the alpha too, Theres really good places In the alpha to make machinimas, If only there was a way to make the resolition better (I cant get it more then 700xsomething) Video settings dontsave

I can get my Alpha resolution all up to 1600x1200 :P

Ye, but the true thing is that the most of the players don't play it for good graphics and design. So blizzard had to make things much more easier to use.
