**EDIT*** I Did search for ways under SW in 3.0.3 and others and DID NOT FIND ANY POST. This was Done on an EU Server, I have also tested this on the US Servers.

I'm pretty sure that house there is called Newman's landing, supposedly a memorial to someone at blizz. Ive been there but never seen those goblins before. New I guess? Anyway, nice!

Repost, I posted about that myself, runing forword, till you're stuck in half-mid air, then jump to the candel, the way needs to be precise, and then jump to that cliff, and fall down - plus, it can be done on any kind of ramps of thoes ilk, but this is htge only one who can do that.
