So saw the horde version in ogrimmar and thought I would just post the Alliance one!.

Just follow the very nice instructions! And remember, you char gotta be "inside" the nice square I painted with my photoshop skills!

The jump is a pain in the ass, a little tip, jump up that one corner until your head hits the top. As for the jump from the crack in the wall, forward + jump at the same time. Just aim for the star.

This is nearly impossible, I've tried for about 45minutes.. and can't get it.
I get as high as possible, so when I jump my head is hitting the top, and then I jump out onto the Christmas tree.. and just slip through the branches.
I've tried it with and without a mount and have the exact same results, is it just pure luck? Because I've tried almost everything possible

Found the reason, you need an hunter with aspect of the pack on...
So you go to the exact place i marked on the picture, like one dwarf under the top, aim for the star, and you should hit it...
