its, i think, possible to fall through ground at many places with fear have falled in wsg, ab, av, in azeroth and outlands etc

AV is one big bug, there are tons of ways to get under!

grats...you just fell by an accident under the world...happened to me in BWL..BRM..AV..SW..DM..near darnassus..IF..and of course in Outland XD..not trying to be sarcasm but seriously ..nothing new :\
