[Bug] Noggen /Cower

Nothing big. Just when you cower while as a skeleton from noggenfogger you become like a straight statue and stay like it perma until you move. Also happends with random abilities like thunderclap ( for a sec or so).

ps. /Cower emote lasts until you move. its awesome cuz no one else knows wtf your doing. for now atleast.

Nice find. It's likely this is here to stay. Blizzard rarely goes back and changes models to give extra animations. This is why so few non-player models have a jump animation.
