Get Ontop TB Totem Statue

Alright guys, this is my first post ever so Im sorry if i make any mistakes. I searched everything I could but found nothing related so here goes:

1. Go to Spirit Rise in Thunder Bluff. Go behind the shaman trainers so your facing a wood pole like this.


2. Run up the wooden pole until you get to the very end like this. ( You may need to jump over a section of wall that blocks you)


3. Position yourself right and jump onto the rope below.


4. Run across it then jump on the totem statue. Woo!
