[Exploration] New way to get under SW

Hey there, I am pretty sure this has not been posted before, if it has I am sorry.
This way involves duelling in Stormwind, the guide for that can be found here:

Now, just go outside, the goal is to get feared through the wall and fall down, it might take some attempts as it is pure luck, but here is the screenshot:
