There's actually a vid on youtube where someone goes here and shows that you can buy secret mount there.
I'ts fake ofcourse.

I remember that spot when someone claimed here that theres actually a mount vendor. People tried to get there. (I got myself there.) I said that theres no vendor. Then he said it will only spawn when there rains... (Then he said it was a fake and he had nice time laughing :P )

Actually there WAS a mount vendor in the beta test servers before retail came out, but if I remember right, he spawns every week, random time and disappears in few minutes - this vendor was fightning with few basilisks that kill him, unless a player would help him.
