I've learned that judging from ones hot bar icons are not a good way to tell anything. With macro's and such, it's just too unreliable. I'd pay more attention the things that aren't in the screen shot.

"Island of Doctor Lapidis 2" can be renamed from anything to anything - ignroe it
Models can be switched - ignore suspiscious models
Textures can be swapped - Ignore any off-textures
Most importantly, if this guy is as good as I'm giving him credit for..
Terrain can be bent, changed and edited to fit your desires. - Ignore it.

So that leaves you with nothing at all to go on, right? Wrong.

He said he used air swimming to get to it. This was a technique developed and discovered by the one of the vey besy nogg-aholics, something so hidden and complex, that I doubt any common person can discover it from just seeing a video.

He said it's above GM island. Huge stretch as explained previously.

Island of Doctor lapidis 2 doesn't exist anywhere as explained previously.

WoW Mapview also doesn't show anything above GM island, just as an extra precautionary measure. The conclusion is that it is fake. All thats left is for everyone else to decide their stance on it.

Lol nobody can post a guide to Emerald Dream cause it doesnt exist or else it would have been posted on lots of websites by now! Saintkill and Comrade are both fvcking douchebag liers.

Emerald Dream Does exist, and is OFF TOPIC, Island of doctor lapdis 2 does not exsist went on updated priv serv wowmapviewere and using mywowstudio (ALLOWS YOU TO VIEW WOW DATA FILES) there is no island of doctor lapdis 2 there so heh fake but a GOOD fake at that! and yes some [VW]'s may be asses and over do the secrecy a little but still, -rep wherever they are is not needed. Island of Doctor Lapidis is real. The Island of Doctor Lapidis only existed during alpha, and was one of the two small islands west of Booty Bay, the other one was Giljim's Island.

Both islands got removed in the retail version of the game, but if you swim far enough, west of Booty Bay, you can still make the zone names appear.

The Island of Doctor Lapidis seems to have been a development area for troll ruins, that could later be found throughout the game.

To the previous comments and the false accusation:
I already know Island of Dr.Lapdis existed. I stated island of Dr.Lapdis 2 doesn't exist until further content update, it was there during the alpha that the island was actually there...In addition nothing but the name is there now. I also know ED exists which I said, and I never said that you can't get to anything in the game because yes if it exists: You can get there, and if that wasn't a rhetorical question then NO I have not forgotten. Please do not imply that I'm making a false and unsaid declaration.

Further more comments such as "No more off topic discussion noobs" will not solve the problem: This most likely will continue to be debated until locked or hopefully resolved.
