I know - a newbie posting stuff. Terrible - just delete me if this is unwelcome ;-)

This is from memory as I'm bored at work;

Getting on IF AH roof

Facing AH, wallclimb the pillar to the LEFT of the AH. Get up to a point where you're just above AH, then jump AND right-strafe at the same time. If you do this close enough to the AH you're on the roof.

Getting into the gryphon hole things..

Go into the great forge. Face the throne room thing - then head RIGHT to the tunnel that leads out towards the entrance. Don't enter the tunnel - wall climb onto the 'skirting' and then up to towards the roof on the wall where the tunnel is. Jump/strafe LEFT onto the ledge (yellow lit windows).

Put walk on, and head around until you're towards the end of the ledge nearest the throne room. Turn walk off, line up facing the jutting out bit (facing nearly to the forge), and run/jump onto it.

Follow around the face of the throne room, until you're on the other jutting out bit (to the left of the throne room). Wallclimb up to the top and then to the domed bit in the middle. Face the back wall (it's all black, you can't see a thing) and keep walking forward and left. Eventually you hit the gryphon bit.

A note about old IF

This will have been posted before - it's the mage one. However, I've seen people try and wallclimb really high near the throne thing to start a duel. Don't need to! To the left of the place you stand to get polymorphed through, it leads out of the great forge north. There's a set of stairs there - you can start a duel underneath - then just run back to the great forge.

Wallclimbing..

While this is classed as a terrain exploit - it's not a hack per se. I've chatted to GMs from within vast unmapped areas, who have turned a blind eye, so don't flaunt it and you'll be fine. The easiest way to do this is face EXACTLY either north, east, south or west depending on the wall. Once facing the right way, dont use the arrow/direction keys - position yourself with forward/back/strafe. Go up to the wall and tap forward and jump simultaneously. Easy! :-)

Just saw this post and thought I'd add a little something - if it's all old or reposted, please just delete :-) I might pop back a bit later too, found some hidden places (doubt I'm the first, but who knows) which would be fun to share :-)
