We don't say where because that is the challenge... recognizing or finding these places on your own via exploration.
We don't say where it is after it has been solved because some of us like solving the challenges on our own after the fact.

Send me (or the OP) a PM if you'd really like to know the place with the two black rectangles.

Also, my location seems familiar, but can't see any environmental objects or a skybox
