Macro'd Concussion blow + Intimidating shout but doesnt DC
War Stomp + Inti Shout doesnt work either

Joining BG works. Leaving BG and Other Faction thingie: Does not work

I've actually had this happen to me right outside of Slave Pens. I don't believe I got feared into the portal, but it did seem as though I was teleporting around.
