my theroy was, if your friend put up some grey item for 1c, then you bought it out a bunch with winlag, it might send you a bunch of them. My theroy was incorrect, as i found that out today. But i will continue trying to create a dupe with lag.

No... it will try to send the amount of packets that 2 clicks would do, the first one being valid, the second one being invalid *if you are trying to buyout the same thing twice*

People, just look at what flying piggy said Winlag/Ilag does... Everything is queued until you De-lag.... Which means, you cant receive answers from the server either... which means no matter how many times you will click the damn auction, it will queue it up until you stop lagging, then once you unlag, it will send the packets and get the answer from the server....

Winlag is not used to fake packet sendings and filter packets recieved from the server... Its used to slow/nearly stop packet transmition between you and the server. Just enough to keep you connected, not enough to be affected by timers/object loading.

This used to work before they disabled the nagle's algorithm in 2.3.0.

I did this a lot back in the days.

You could buy a item of AH, turn on lag, click tons of times. Get two items.
