Sorry guys to give you such an answer to close thread/sticky, but yesterday my level 70 warlock friend summoned me with a 58 warrior and a level 64 mage to Outlands, please note i WAS UNDER LEVEL 58, i was on my level 34 hunter, Thanks for listening on my post, the best i could do, any questions reply under me! rofl an 'instance' is a unique copy of a dungeon/area that only you and your party can play in.

unfortunetly i have a 35 priest and i klicked a mage portal

see what you read was you have to be level 58 to pass thru the Dark portal in Blasted lands but you can be ANY level to be summoned into outlands....

EDIT: it has also been confirmed by blizzard devs on the world of warcraft forums that you can be summoned or portaled to outlands at ANY level so long as you have TBC installed...
