Absolutely useless bug on the PTR

Sorry, I couldn't fine where else to post this as there is not a "Fun bugs" forum:P....Not sure if it is on live servers, or if it is just me, but every time I cast a spell up on the aldor elevator, I get the aura of the spell in a circle in the middle of the elevator. Making a video at the moment. Searched this didn't find anything. Useless just kind of cool looking.
