He means...You have to be the lvl 70 Warlock...then duel your buddy and cast it on HIM...Therefore he may attack any mobs he wants for nearly twice the damage

I will admit I didn't wrap my brain around what he said until I sat back and thought about it some more and it made sense that a 70 lock cast it on a lvl 1 rogue for example. Hell this can work for any level until you cap at 70.

Your armor rating doesn't mean anything in those lower lvls as you don't have much anyway. Plus Im not posative but I beleave yo wont go into negative armor so the -800 reaaaaally doesn't mean much at lvl 1:wave:
