Play when you're banned

today i got a 72 hour-ban.. but i can still login and play on the PTR O.o
dunno, if this only works with this patch or short after you got banned, but maybe its useful for someone^^

Well, when you get banned from officials servers, you can still play on PTRs, and when you're banned from the PTRs you can still play on officials servers, i know i got banned from PTRs lol

if you copied your char before your perm ban then yes. but only for that patch

You can play while PTR is up.

Atm PTR is up, EU anyway, not that informed on US Servers.

I got my 4th acc perma-banned (along time ago ), copyied char to PTR yesterday...

PTR= public test realm, but personally, I dont see the point in playing ptr even if ur acct is banned, its kinda lame to me.

idk.. but my friends dads acct did get banned and i was on ptrs but yeah.. did any1 get extra chars when they copied there characters? i wound up with 3 lvl 60 mages and then my druid is 39 and i had a lvl 35 one when i copied and they gave me both and then i got my friend char when i copied his hunter over i still had it on mine but he had his as well lol i sold 2 mages and my 35 druid and got well over 250g and yeah i had the better char and best stuff one could get with money on ptrs lol

Your extreme amount of stupidity makes my eyes bleed. I didn't understand entirely what you said. But I got out " I copied my friends hunter but he still has it. " I am guessing its on his dads account and you just play their WoW? And of course he still has it you nim-rod its called character COPY. :fu:

it's should work, if you've done it in this way:
1. copy a char to the PTR when they are up.
2. get bannend (lol..)
3. now you can logon to the PTR and you can play till they are down.

i think this works only, when you copied your char to the PTRs before you got banned, because blizz has some kind of a copy of your acc for the testrealms. but they update this unbanned copy before every new PTRs, so the next time you will be really banned.
