    Avoid intercrpt/charge as a mage.

    If youre a mage and a warr charge you,(works easier if hes already slowed) then you pull out frost nova quickly and he will just freeze and he will be at that place he started this intercept or charge.

    Im not a mage so I dont know,Im a warrior and got tricked by this a few times,also tried on my alt and it worked like 75% of the times.

    Please tell me your opinion.

    hard to time it right at 0.1 sec after u see some1 charge u. and by that time you'r already stunned by the charge/intercept? :P

    Zacred you got it right,but you should be able to do it when hes frozen as i wrote

    1. The mage can't frost nova, since he'll be stunned. Another mage can frost nova him though.

    2. The warrior will complete the charge/intercept when the frost nova has ended*.

    * I am not too sure about how this looks on the warriors screen, but here is what happens in a mage pov: warrior will freeze until it's broken. He will then teleport to where the charge/intercept was meant to go in the beginning.

    What confuses me is where the warrior is on server-side. If you are melee you can't hit the warrior in the nova, it'll say 'Out of range'.

    Same thing with ranged attackers, the server can give an Out of range error message even though your spells are not red and the spell should - if there wouldn't be this client-server confusion - launch.

    Actually most warriors will change stances just before a charge. Also do not blink until *after* he intercepts for the first time and he will be your little toy kite for the next 20 seconds or so.

    You CAN do this if you time it right. Its nothing special to write home about. It's one of those tricks that people refer to as "skill."

    Also note that a hunter can scattershot as soon as he see's the charge animation if he's quick enough.

    Half the time the hunter will be stunned but even then, the warriors stun lasts not nearly as long as the scattershot. Just practice and you'll be much better at pvping.

    Theres a thing like that for hunters too, just place a frost trap right before he charges. Youll be stunned but since hes trapped for a longer period you can just get ready to pwn or run as hell

    Well, once in WSG I managed to sap a warrior who was right about to charge. It appeared as he actually charged his target but then was standing sapped in his new location.

    I guess it's all about two events which happens at the same time *from the server's point of view*, like two mages polymorphing each other, or two rogues landing gauge on each other at the same time.
