never got it working, but involved zoning in and out of an area and reset rampage, never figured out how to get it THAT high in 30 secs though

also afaik it was fixed in last hotfix but this WAS on live server for a limited time

yeah i tryed doin it to still had the rampage thing over my head but didnt see the debuff in my bar maybe thats what the roll restart was for ?

You had to be near an instance.

1) Crit something, cast Rampage.
2) Zone in
3) Zone out
4) Crit something, cast rampage, it should stack.

As they said, it has been fixed though.
