This spot takes a bit of wall jumping, so to make yourself better, use this macro.

With that out of the way, lets start! First things first, head to Org! The hill you are looking to jump is east from the entrance of it, near the Zeppelin tower. For the first hill, I usually use 0.001.

Get yourself to this position on the map.

Once your there, you should be looking like this.

If done correctly, you won't be above Orgrimmar, but you will still be able to see inside it. You will be able to gank people, and the guards can't kill you because they can't see you!

From that spot though, DO NOT JUMP AGAIN! If you jump again, you will appear above ground and the guards will be able to wtfpwn you, like this.
