When your capping towers, at least the east and west frostwolf towers, you can stand inside the flag room and auto attack the archers. Its an LOS issue and you can get banned for it supposedly. But you can only auto attack, no special attacks, but they can't attack you back. Takes forever, but you can head out and loot afterward.

I don't know if it works in any of the other towers, since you'd have to kill the leutinent first. But those two works just fine.

Should be patched soon though.
