you can get an Item called "Bewitching Tea Set" which is a toy.
Seems like it has no cd now and does not disappear when you place multiple ones.
You can get it from the Drustvar Order of Embers Supplies - the paragon boxes you get every 10k rep after being exalted.

Feel free to spamm Boralus with it.
