Monks can learn an ability called Zen Flight, its usable in the warfront and can be used to skip to the boss and farm 340+ gear, and 340 azerite gear.
I haven't found a way to bring other classes over the wall, and mass rez is blocked within the keep.

If there was a way to bring other classes over, or multiple monks solo'd the boss it would probably be around 5 min per warfront.
The rewards are 150 ap, and a 340+ piece of gear or a 340 azerite piece, but I haven't seen rings/trinkets yet.

It could be one of the most efficient grinds currently with how everyone in the scenario gets 340+ gear every run, and with enough dps it would be comparable to island grinding but w/ gear.

EDIT: https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/wor...-340-gear.html (Skip to End of Warfront in 5-10 Minutes with Any Class (340+ Gear)) shows a video guide on how to skip to the last boss with any class. The exploit I found only works for monks, but monk bug might remain if jumping the wall gets patched.

Check out my recent post in the exploration section. I'm willing to bet we can goblin glide down to the boss.

Maybe there is a spot where you can swapblaster a monk, up a mountain and glider, but to be efficient enough it would have to be at max 2 swaps, the biggest issue is that most of the mountain area has invis walls all over the place, and some mountains kick monks out of zen flight.

EDIT: Ran around the map testing the boundaries of Zen Flight. It's weird, because some points in the map just kick you off, and all mountains and high points are like that and won't let you recast. I think you are limited to monk, even swapblasting doesn't seem viable, because the only position i found the could be possible is a double swap blaster, and for the 2nd swap the monk needs to glider, so its one extra class per monk to do the skip, and it would delay getting to the boss by 1 min swap cooldown and time to clear first obj and run through everything, because its near the south-east mountain, and even then it might not be enough. The archers shoot when you glide in so if you can't go invuln while gliding you'll likely die and again you cannot resurrect while inside. Monks don't have the same issue, because you can easily fly high enough.

EDIT of EDIT: Won't work, tried with paladin, he couldn't glider invuln past rangers, you need to be excessively high in the air to avoid ranger damage, unless a toy or something can jump you high enough this is still limited to only monks.

What you've done here is tip Blizzard off about a specific play which they can fix easily without actually offering up any viable opportunity to players. This is why theories are discouraged.

It is best to discuss this sort of thing privately whilst developing an exploit.

The exploit is done only by monks, there is no way to rez the players who can't get high enough and the rangers on the walls kill through invuln. All map elevantion spots are walled off, and you can't get through them. The exploit is limited to monks, which isn't too bad. A group of 5 monks could probably farm it hard and help a raid of 20 players, but it probably won't really be insane gains and clear times unless you have 10-20 monks queuing for it.
