This is old but still an unknown fact for alot of people. Works the same way that shifting into bear form for druids did. Before the nerf that is.

Everyone else... quit flaming. When you run outta pots, healthsones ,fear and that damn rogue is still shoving his swords into your back. This little bit of extra hp most certainly helps.

This may not be an exploit, but it's an excellent tip. I personally wouldn't of thought to wait till I was almost dead to use the trinket, but instead to use it at the start of what I saw as a hard fight. But since the buff going away doesn't drop you below one HP, then it's a great way to just pull out of a tough fight. (Think, you just killed the lock, and he doesn't release yet so he can watch his Corruption tick your health away, then ya pop this and don't die.)
