Graccu's Mince Meat Fruitcake ( Thottbot World of Warcraft: Graccu's Mince Meat Fruitcake ) only counts as food, so you can coop it with water. Tadah! Fast mana reg, great in PvP when you run of and need mana fast

The fruitcake:
"Use: Restores 5% of your health AND MANA per second for 20 sec."

But it only counts as food.
So, if you drink with it... tada. You can get your mana back up pretty quickly.

no, the bescuits count as both food and drink.
but you could have found that out yourselve you should be able to notice 2 buffs comming up one for food and one for drink.
