Safe zone at The Black Temple

If you are grinding at The Black Temple on the Dragonmaw side (Left), then at the side of the "tower" (Turning out to where Doomwalker is) you can place yourself on the side of that wall and get the mobs into a evade mode. It's a amazing spot that have saved me many times from the elite mobs : )
