1) play in window mode and shrink the size of your screen
2) press "W" to run forward (and keep holding W)
3) grab your WoW windows and start moving it around ALOT and fast
4) laugh and have fun hearing "WTF OMFG RUN WE GONNA DIE!!!"

Ever hear of the Fake Blink macro? This did the same thing. As far as I know, this was fixed 1.11ish, so the best way to do it would be to use the fake blink(a macro which was entirely made up of /stand's)

And yes, it makes it look like you're running into mobs or whatever direction you're facing.
