    Easy Mythic Islands

    Right now Mythic islands are kinda...broken. you can win 12000/5000 in the PvE encounters 100% of the time using this method - you don't even need 330 gear, you just need to be able to kite:

    Method:

    1. play a relatively tanky spec with good healing and damage reduction cooldowns.
    2. all 3 team members should pull elite and rare mob groups from around the island towards the horde team location. (there is no mob leash/reset at all except through death)
    3. Tag all of the mobs so you get credit before arriving at the horde group - or they will.
    4. engage the group of Horde/Alliance group making sure that they aggro the mobs from you. - or sometimes they won't aggro.
    5. die and repeat the process, pull stuff, make them aggro it, die.

    Explanation:

    1. The AI players CANNOT differentiate between their own mobs and your mobs - they'll kill your stuff for you.
    2. they WILL take aggro from you, they CAN and WILL die to your mobs too - it's important to NOT kill them by pulling too much.
    3. The idea is to pull a TON of mobs, but not TOO MUCH that you kill them - if you kill them, the mobs will obviously reset.
    4. This strategy essentially is a way of stun-locking the enemy - you can sit there and watch them struggle.
    5. they are unproductive and cannot really fight you or harvest anything - rendering them practically useless.
    6. they will always be in combat with huge groups of mobs, being immobile and unable to collect.
    7. You are then FREE to go around the island leisurely picking up all the azerite spawns left behind at the mob locations - since some of the mobs are engaged in combat or dead.

    Notes:
    1. pull your large kite of mobs towards the enemy player GROUP.
    2. if they are dying, you are pulling way too much. pull less.
    3. when the mobs are engaged in combat, that is when you should loot the island.
    4. you don't require to attack the enemy players, or any mobs AT ALL - unless you need to make them gain aggro.
    5. remember to always keep up your pulls and keep looting. They will kill your mobs, they will loot your shit if you let them do so.
    6. Avoid ettins, and don't pull large groups of things like Jinyu, which can cause problems and early death.
    7. It doesn't matter if you die after you successfully make the horde aggro from you.

    How you know you're doing it wrong:
    1. the Enemy is gaining resources.
    2. the enemy is walking around pulling things.
    3. They aren't engaged in combat at all.
    4. your team members are attacking things.

    How to know you're doing it right:
    1. your entire team is dead.
    2. everyone is either pulling or looting.
    3. the enemy is always occupied.

    Been doing this all week, works very well even with no tank. Played with MW monk, a rogue and a hunter. Rogue pulled mobs to me (healer) while I just tried to stay alive keeping the enemy team in the same spot, focused on me and our tagged mobs. Hunter pulled mobs as well, and both dps mined the free nodes after the mob's camps were cleared. 100% success rate

    So if you're playing as either faction you pull the mobs to the Horde boat? Or do you pull it to the boat of the enemy faction?

    We're having slight problems with this, can someone make a video of this?
    Our main problem is that they die and all mobs reset, i guess it doesnt work with every enemy team?

    It took me some practice to get the hang of this. At the start you want to run straight to the enemy ship while aggroeing mobs. Right before you get to the enemy faction make sure to tag all the mobs. (A hunter or possibly rogue w/ evasion up would be great as they can drop threat and let enemy faction deal with mobs, otherwise you can just die.) Even if the enemy faction dies it occupied their time to get you credit for kills.
    Some tips-
    Try to run straight to the enemy tank as he aoes a lot and will pull threat off you.
    Clear out the camps and large epic guys that are guarding lots of azerite spots and have your other members loot it all after you pull everything away. (You can do this and not pull all mobs to enemy npc and still net a ton of azerite as some spots are worth 1k+)

    Because there is a fine balance:

    They are just like players, if you pull too much, they get stun-locked and they WILL die. avoid mobs with 7 second stuns (some mobs have this)

    I'll be honest, even just dragging a shit load of mobs to tie them up for a minute was putting my group far ahead. However, if you do not keep doing this, it seems that Blizzard has a catch up system in place. IE: Enemies were at 6700, we were at 8200 working on an Azerite Golem, they magically went up to 8000 within 30 seconds. Weird as hell since they were trying to zerg us.

    I've figured out this Strategy after 2 Mythic Expeditions, which means that most likely many many other competitive people figured it out themselves too.It'll most likely get fixed / changed soon that they don't bother with/aggro mobs that are tagged from the opposite faction.

    This is a great strat best score was 3.6k to 12k. We had 2 of us tagging and pulling stuff on top of the allies then the 3rd looting all the azurties nodes and bags.

    Tried this last night. Got it to kinda work. I see the gimmick, My tank just wasn’t able to get it to work 100%. We ended up just having him yank mobs away from us so we could farm the azerite nodes and that worked pretty efficiently

    The guy with most azerite power levels does this as well. He has videos of it on his youtube.

    For anyone interested I received a warning today about this. All i can tell you is that it's detected now. EDIT: nvm i got a warning for honor exploit since legion cause they removed my honor levels,
