OP XP Buff for Leveling

If you still have the Anniversary Gifts, you can use the Celebration Packages to grant yourself +13% more experience gained, even though the item explicitly states that it requires the anniversary events to be active.
This works as of a couple of days ago.

I had it with one char for awhile after the event. Then it disappeared and the buff too.

If you still have it wrapped in the present it wont disappear unless you take it out and log out.

You can use it once and once you log out its gone so its working but useless

Yes, it's fixed. When you try using it it doesn't work, because the Event isn't active. I think this Forum has basically turned into the Blizzard Bug Report forum, apart from Elite lol.
