It might I reported it day 1 of the beta and so far nothing fixed then again that is beta so we'll have to see next week.

If its the same as the treasure chest in draenor/broken isles then it is working as intended.

Same concept, you get gold,xp,items/toys.

Average 10k-30k depending on lvl, heirlooms,rested.

Been using this (panda/draenor) as part of my leveling process for the last 3 months, now a 6 days before launch some scrub posts it on the forums that blizzard obviously monitor and all treasures are nerfed. Thanks a lot.

yes it was nerfed. drastically.

only certain treasures give xp now
