[Minor] Enable Warmode Before Unlocking Talents

Currently it is only possible to enable warmode when you are high enough to access the talent screen, which is normally at level 15. Despite this soft-limit of level 15, there is no restriction on the server preventing lower-level players from enabling warmode using the in-game C_API call. Simply head on over to Stormwind/Orgrimmar and run the following command:

/run C_PvP.ToggleWarMode();

This will enable warmode, regardless of your level, and grant you with the 10% experience bonus.
