Note, this is something I saw on Reddit, it’s likely to be fixed, so do it while you can.

You get 1 level every 30-35 min (77,78,79 tested)

Get the quest Steamtank Surprise.

You get in a tank, and drive around the questing area spamming 1, and just keep killing the quest mobs, you 1 shot them and they give full exp, and respawn quick.

every 15 min you must get a new tank, keep doing it and don’t hand in the quest.

@74 level (no rested bonus) with all heirlooms I'm getting 118 000 XP in 10 minutes (432 000 XP needed for next level). So, it works but it's boring AF

running it at level 62, i got 56.000xp/269.000xp in 6min of farming. No rested, +heirlooms.

Just did this after the schedule maintenance. I was level 77, I got a little over 75% EXP from a fresh ding for 30 minutes of doing this.

Can confirm this works, although it’s only slightly faster than questing efficiently. Each mob gives .2% of a level’s xp, and going in a circle around the whole area is most efficient since the respawns are not extremely fast. I was able to gain a level in about 35 mins.

Can confirm, they don’t give xp when in the vehicle. They still give xp in normal combat. And they still drop loot in tbe vehicle, meaning a friend could trail behind in party and loot every corpse as you 1 shot them.

Not giving exp anymore my son was using it earlier and it was so it had to be hot fixed sometime this afternoon
